Great tour in a lovely & authentic part of Tokyo

I truly enjoyed the tour and had a very nice evening walk in Koenji. It’s a cool and somewhat alternative part of Tokyo full of vintage stores, restaurants, bars etc.! Sachi was such a lovely guide on this evening walk and showed me places that I would have certainly not found (or understood) myself. I highly recommend joining her tour and discover this vibrant and authentic area with her - it was so much fun!

Great Tour!

We had a fantastic experience on Hiro’s free walking tour. The tour was very well organized and offered a perfect mix of history, culture, and local insights. What made it especially memorable was how authentic it felt—we visited local shops and places we would never have discovered on our own, which gave us a genuine impression of the area and daily life. Hiro was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing his city. He also took great photos of us at several special locations along the route and later shared them with us, which was a wonderful extra touch.

Off the beaten track

I was very happy with the tour. I wanted to see a different more unknown area. It was only me but Hiro and Assistent were very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Loved the underground vibe in the neighbourhood. Interesting spots and lots of new info! Really recommended if you want to see something off the beaten track.

A great local experience far from crowds!

Hiro organized an amazing tour that gave us an authentic taste of local life in Tokyo. He and his two assistants were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative. We learned so much while having a wonderful time exploring and shopping like locals for typical Japanese products. The ramen restaurant Hiro recommended was absolutely delicious, the best ramen we had! We highly recommend this tour.

Great tour!

Had a great tour with Hiro and his assistant! We had read about the Koenji neighbourhood and wanted to discover it. And this tour was great way to do that! More local vibe, lots of vintage shops, Hiro guided us through and gave us local tips and a bit of the history behind this trendy area!
