A truly special way to discover Mombasa — with the best guide!

I had a wonderful experience exploring Mombasa with Kirigo. She’s not only a knowledgeable and passionate guide, but also a genuinely warm and kind person who makes you feel welcome from the very start. Thanks to her, I didn’t just see the city — I truly experienced it, learning about its culture, history, and daily life through the eyes of a local. She also took great care to capture the day with photos and videos, which I’ll treasure as part of the beautiful memories I’m taking home from this trip. I only wish I had more time to join her street food tour as well — it’s definitely on my list for next time! If you’re looking for an authentic, personal, and enriching way to discover Mombasa, I couldn’t recommend Kirigo more highly.

Very good experience

A very energetic and helpful tour guide! Very informational and releaxing at the same time. Kirigo taught me how to play a local boardgame in a coffee shop and we enjoyed the street food together. Highly recommend!

Mombasa old town

Kirigo took us around old town and the market marikiti. She told us the history of old town and we later enjoyed lovely moments at forodhani hotel. Thank you kirigo! Wishing you all the best dear

Really nice and informative experience with Viktor

Viktor picked us up on the meeting point and took us to the most important things in Mombasa! He was really friendly, polite and not only trying to get us to shops. He told us about the places he took us and answered all our questions. Viktor also took us to individual places and was very patient but took care of us and kept an eye on us. The tour showed the spots in Mombasa we wanted to see! Would recommend it and book it again :)

Kirigo is amazing!

Kirigo / Lucia was so kind, friendly and helpful! She loves meeting people and it shows. I loved doing the Old Town tour with her. Because it was only the 2 of us and we got along so well, we ended up going for lunch and then coffee - we even took a matatu to Nyali!! So much fun - Asante Sana Marafiki <3
