Highly recommend this tour! Everything was very well organised, from the arrangements to accommodating my needs throughout the day. Karim is such a soft-spoken and kind person, and he clearly has a real passion for Cairo’s incredible history. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions in such an interesting and engaging way. I was lucky enough to have the tour privately with Karim, which made the experience even more comfortable, as I could ask as many questions as I wanted and really take my time. It was truly amazing to see how the fortress is such a complex site, with so many different details, architectural styles, and influences reflecting the different dynasties and sultanates throughout Cairo’s history and not to forget all the pictures he took of me :) I learned so much in just one day, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. Thank you so much, Karim! I hope to bring my friends back to Cairo one day and will definitely recommend your tour to them.

Great guided tour

I had a private tour and it was a fantastic experience. Karim has in depth knowledge and shared nice anecdotes of the citadel area. He made it easy to understand the historical and religious timeline of the are and took some nice photos.Highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning more abt this wonderful location and beautiful mosques within the complex.
