Description

I am very happy to show you the landmarks of the city of Berat and share with you the stories and circumstances that have influenced the development of the city.

The tour is fascinating and informative, with many unique monuments, historical buildings and streets. The setting of the historical center is unique. We will visit closely the old Medieval Center of Berat with the King's Mosque and the Helveti Tekke. We will visit Mangalem and Gorica Quarter and witness how the need for protection had conditioned people in the past to build along the rocky hills and create such architectural wonders.

We will stroll through the Castle and read along the historic buildings the stories and ancient events. Then we will visit the ancient churches and explain their presence in significant numbers.

We will visit the panoramic viewpoint that offers a view of most of the city and its rural area. We will descend to the castle by a picturesque path that winds through a modern part of the city and lets us contemplate the last and modern part of the city.

Paseando por Berat

Ready ( no sé si se escribe así su nombre ) ha sido un guía magnífico. Hemos conocido con él los tres barrios de Berat y aprendido muchísimo sobre esta espectacular ciudad. La zona de la fortaleza, si no subes arriba, no te haces idea de su grandiosas. Las vistas son magníficas y nos ha explicado perfectamente la historia de la ciudad. Le damos un 10.
