- After successful booking, we will send a reservation message via email or WhatsApp. You need to arrive at the pier's manual counter 30 minutes in advance with the message and your passport to obtain a paper boarding ticket. (No need to exchange for a paper ticket at Tianzi and Haixinsha piers; you can board with an e-ticket. Please check your message for details.)
