Free Tour of the Summer Palace in Beijing, with Chen & Carles

Hello! We’re Chen and Carles, a couple living in Spain who have plenty of experience traveling in China. We speak Chinese, English, and Spanish, and we want to help other Spanish speakers enjoy their trip as if they were part of ours—always with respect and patience.

• We’re not professional guides—just two travelers who are in love with China. Our goal is to offer a more personal and comprehensive experience than the audio guide you can rent on-site.
• Admission to the Summer Palace is not included. We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. If you’d like, we can explain how to do it.
It gets very cold in Beijing in December: be sure to dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes!
