Great Value and Customer Service
The Villa de Leyva tour is pricier than other tours, especially when one is traveling alone (like me), but it's definitely worth it, and I recommend it. I searched multiple companies, and found Paraiso Travels's Villa de Leyva Tour: Culture and Amazement to be the best value, which included Santo Ecce Homo Convent, Pozos Azules, Casa Terracota, Villa de Leyva (Town), as well as transportation, personal guide in English and lunch. My driver was Cesar, who drove very well, and was patient, courteous and helpful. He was always available, and ready to drive to the next destination. My guide was Ana, who was not only delightful, but also warm, thoughtful and patient. Overall, an amazing hostess to her country. I enjoyed her knowledge, energy and positivity. She stayed with me throughout, and made sure I was well taken care and satisfied. Due to having just arrived in Colombia, Ana patiently searched for a restaurant that suited my wacky diet. I couldn't ask of a better guide than her for this whole day tour. She definitely made it enjoyable and memorable. So, thank you, Ana, for not only taking care of me, but also for a fun day. I appreciate the many laughs we had. And thank you for being my photographer! If you're looking to go to Villa de Leyva, I highly recommend Paraiso Travels's Villa de Leyva Tour: Culture and Amazement for the great customer service.
