Great guide!
We took the tour with Carlos in English and it was a great tour! Carlos is very knowledgeable and took us to a lot of places in the center that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. Thank you for a good time.

Very very
Carlos is incredibly knowledgeable about history, but is English isn’t great. I could piece together much of the content only because I am both Caribbean & Catholic, with much existing knowledge of history - so I could recognize a lot of the terms, names & events he referenced. My partner on the other hand had a very difficult time grasping much of it - especially on a long walk in a hot city. Nonetheless it was great to have so many questions answered about Colombia in general and Cartagena specifically. If you interested in a very deep and detailed look into history, this tour is for you. If you’re hoping for something lighter, with perhaps more moments for photos, then this may not be the right experience. We booked a last minute tour with Carlos & he was kind enough to lead just my partner and I on this tour. Not sure how it would’ve turned out if it was a bigger group, but we’re grateful for him accommodating

Catagena Walking Tour
Carlos our guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Cartagena. it was a good walk around the traditional area which give us ideas to discover more. I would highly recommend

Great insight
A really good afternoon spent walking around the old town of Cartagena and I learned a bit more about the architecture, history, indigenous and Spanish influence on the town. Really interesting to learn about the fact that it is a series of islands in a swampy area. Our guide was excellent and provided a great deal of insight in the some of the nuances of the town, and throughout the tour walk he provided us a real feel for what it would’ve been like to live in this town that’s a walk around nearly 200 years ago. Will definitely take this tour again.
