Discover Urban Art in Comuna 13

The tour starts at the metro station, where the guide will hand out tickets and give an introduction to Medellín's transportation system, highlighting that it is the only metro in Colombia. We will board the metro cable, enjoying panoramic views and making a brief stop at a viewpoint to observe the Comuna 13.

Then, we will explore the heart of the Comuna, walking through less touristy streets and alleys to get to know the local lifestyle in a respectful way, without interfering with its daily dynamics. As we climb to the highest points of the Comuna, you will be able to contemplate different views of the city of Medellín. Along the way, there will be dance and breakdance shows by the community, who share their culture with the visitors. Halfway through the tour, the guide will invite you to a national beer at a lookout point.

Afterward, we will visit the most touristic area, passing by the iconic escalators, where we will explore the graffiti and learn about the history of the transformation of Comuna 13 and the impact of art on its culture. The tour culminates near the starting point, offering an authentic experience full of history and art.
