Description

Hello! I’m Ioannis, but you can call me John. As a passionate, young architect born and raised in Limassol, I’m excited to guide you through the heart of Cyprus's most captivating city.

Limassol isn’t just another city—it’s a living canvas of history, culture, and modernity. It’s a place where the timeless and contemporary coalesce in spectacular ways.

During our tour, we’ll weave through iconic streets, remarkable buildings, and hidden gems that form Limassol's unique identity. We’ll explore its historic landmarks, from Medieval Castle Square to the Old Port, while uncovering the tales that make the city come alive.

As a local architect, I’ll guide you beyond the ordinary, offering insights into the city’s architecture, its cultural roots, and how the past and present continue to shape life here. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the local traditions, events, and cultural milestones that have marked Limassol’s evolution.

And as a special gift, you’ll receive my Limassol Outing Guide, a curated collection of the best places to see, eat, and explore, specially designed to continue your adventure after the tour.

Great first experience in Cyprus

It was our first tiem ever in Cyprus and Ionnis gave us a great tour, introducing us to the history of Limassol and its connections to the local architecture. At the end of the tour he gave us some Cyprus delights to try - tasty! Super recommended!

Discovering Limassol through the eyes of an exceptional guide

We had an excellent tour of Limassol with Ioannis and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, well prepared and organised, and from the very beginning he made the whole experience enjoyable and engaging. What impressed us most was the depth of his knowledge. Ioannis is not only extremely knowledgeable about Limassol, but also about Cyprus’ history, culture and traditions. He shares all of this with genuine passion and enthusiasm, which makes the tour feel much more personal and meaningful rather than simply a presentation of facts. His love for what he does is obvious, and I truly believe that guides like Ioannis are exactly what Limassol needs. It was a real pleasure meeting him and discovering the city through his eyes. Thank you, Ioannis, for such a memorable experience. I very much hope to join you again on another tour soon!
