Wandering Through Mathildenhohe

Welcome to Mathildenhohe, Darmstadt - a place where art and architecture come together to create a stunning expression of Jugendstil style. This area is home to the Mathildenhohe Artists' Colony, a group of artists who worked together to create a community centered around art, beauty, and creativity. The buildings here are characterized by their ornate decorations, curved lines, and intricate designs.

As we continue our tour, we'll also explore the Mathildenhohe artists' colony. This was a group of artists who lived and worked in this area during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
