Ecuadorian Food Workshop Experience in Quito

You'll receive an immersive hands-on workshop about the ancient, exquisite Ecuadorian food by an expert local cook specializing in the dishes of the rich gastronomic tradition of our country.

The workshop includes the ingredients for the preparation of some of the main traditional dishes (it's up to you to choose among three of them:

• Bolones de verde
• Green banana fried balls
• Colada morada con guaguas de pan
• Purple spiced fruit porridge with bread dolls
• Empanadas de viento
• Cheese pattie.

As well as a full meal so you can try them once cooked. As the chef is Spanish-speaking, you'll also get an experienced English-speaking interpreter who will explain to you step by step the whole process and the cultural background and ancient origins of these dishes. A cup of Lojan coffee( one of the finest in the world) is also included.
