Chinese Cooking Class

The Chinese cooking class teaches you how to master authentic wok techniques, knife skills and flavour - balancing aromatics from experienced chef to make traditional Chinese food, the chef is from Hong Kong and used to open a Chinese takeaway in UK and she was a housewife and cooked all different type of Chinese food. You will teach starter (chicken sweet corn soup/Radish cake), main course (chicken/beef/prawn/duck/spare rib) Chinese curry, black bean sauces, wine sauces with veg, dessert (glutinous rice balls, walnut paste).

Our cooking school located very near to China Town which is around 30 mins walk and 8 mins drive. It is in residential Apartment in Edgbaston with a very nice balcony which can overlook the whole Birmingham City Centre. When it is during firework season such as Christmas and New year, you can see fireworks all over Birmingham City centre from the balcony. You also can see Sunset during the evening. So it is an excellent environment to enjoy your meal with the view.

First we meet in China Town, show around the markets for different cooking ingredients then go to venue to cook. After cooking, you can enjoy the food that you cook and drink at sunset.
