Worth to book ahead of time

Our guide (Joseph) was very accommodating to our needs and interests. He really tried to answer all our multiple questions and tried his best to keep us all together on the market (we just stopped to check out things lots of times). Only issue was the communication beforehand (there was none and no phone number to reach out directly), so when we arrived a bit late at the meeting point due to traffic, we had no clue if they had already left, were waiting somewhere else or if our message ever made it. He reached out a bit later and we figured out everything just fine. Maybe 9am isnt the best time, as there is always traffic :D

Great tour

It was a very nice, interesting and informative tour. The highlight was definitely the Makola market. We can recommend Kweku as a guide. He knows a lot about the history and present-day Accra and customizes the tour to suit your preferences.

Good free walking tour in Accra

We visited the main sites of Accra with our guide and he was able to share interesting information about Ghana's history and culture. He was also happy to adapt the tour to suit our interest and was very friendly. For a tip-based tour, I'd definitely recommend!
