Walking & Yoging Tour in Athenian Nature

Join us for a hill walk and yoga class on Hymettus mountain, in the East Central part of Athens. We will pick you up from Evagelismos subway station, a very central point of Athens, and you will head off to Hymettus. Hymettus has several beautiful paths and offers a marvelous view of Athens. During our hiking trip we will have the chance to get to know each other, share experiences and enjoy the nature. After one hour we will arrive in the secret spot where our yoga class is going to take place. There, we will take a break, hang out and grab something to eat and drink in order to regain our strength for the yoga class so we will begin the Hatha Yoga Flow class.

There are various interpretations of hatha yoga. We embrace the one of the Moon and the Sun. We will approach the practice of yoga holistically, as the complex beings that we naturally are with our "blues" and our emotional fluctuations (tha), as a set of different elements.

After the end of the yoga class we will find our way to the car/mini-van. We will drop you off at Evaggelismos subway station.
