Description

Embark on a physical and spiritual pilgrimage through storied hills that capture the timeless DNA of Athens. Wonder on ancient paths that weave the myths and vibrant life of Athenians into one unforgettable experience.

Explore the serene trails in the heart of the concrete jungle where breathtaking views meet the tales of the Muses. Listen to The Big Bang Theory through the lens of Hesiod and philosophize about life where Socrates spent his last hours. Gradually build a 360-degree view of Athens and take a hard guess at what this city is missing that exists in every other European Capital.

Have a seat on one of the Seven Thrones and let your talent in Greek traditional dancing unfold. Stand at the birthplace of democracy and ascend the Hill of Nymphs, a haven of mythology, astronomy, and superstitions. Admire Lykabettus, the green Athenian cake, from an advantageous point.

No tour of Athens is ever complete without visiting the 7th Hill, the city's pearl and the womb of modern civilization.

Great way to see Athens from a different angle

George’s tour was a fun and engaging one with some light walking! At various stops, he shared the myths and tales of the gods and connected it to modern day thinking - which gave us something to ruminate on. He also gave a good amount of time for photo taking and never rushed anyone.

Six stars

Thanks so much to George. He showed us so many interesting things plus told us lots of interesting things too. If I could, I'd be giving him six stars!

The best walking to see Greece

Georgios was our guide. I made the tour in the afternoon, was pretty good, in the beginning the sun was still burning but he tried to keep us in rhe shade. I really recommend it to you if you like walking, want to see Greece 360° and learn a lot of history. You will walk a lot, like going up and down, but is really worth. The views are amazing up there.
