He is well-acquainted with the city's events and has many tales about the intriguing customs that were typical of the period.

Who was in charge of the walled city? How was the city protected? How were the accused tortured, and where were they imprisoned? What was the role of alchemy and medicinal practices? Why are there so many cases of witch trials in Zagreb? Atmospheric tour of old Zagreb

I am living in Zagreb and decided to be a tourist for a day, i was surprised how much i didn't know, and our guide welcomed us and made us feel the atmosphere of middle ages, he had a costume of old town nightwatchmen. His English was so nice, and the tour lasted longer because we forgot about the time.

Best Guided City Tour Ever

If you are actually interested in the history of Zagreb and Croatia as a whole, I can recommend this tour wholeheartedly. Leon, the guide, is a learnt historian and does the tour out of passion, showing up in an old watchmans dress with a hellebarde. I have been to many cities and done many tours — this was definitely the best. Thanks for the awesome tour and interesting conversations.
