A Fantastic Insight Into A Real Life Of Delhi

Blown away I was by a glimpse of a slum, another way of life from the Delhi city life, and the history of their growth is fascinating. My guide Nisha was exceptional in explaining how things work in the slums etc, and I think her personal experience growing up in the slum has given her narrative more sentiments, something I only realised halfway through the tour as I was slowly piecing together some fragmented personal accounts. Nisha and her family was kind and generous enough to invite me to theirs for tea, and this was another level of experience. It truly was one of the most memorable experiences in India when it comes to getting close to the people.

Eye opening experience

It was one of the most eye opening experience. Not just a tour but a real "punch in the face" of how some people live due to our habits. Vijay is the example that you can aim for a better life without forgetting where you come from. I highly recommend this tour if you wanna understand the consequences of your choices. Thanks Vijay
