One of the best walking tours I have done in a while. We got to experience lots of parts of Udaipur we usually wouldn’t see and tried some authentic snacks and chai. Manish gave us lots of information and his English was impeccable. He even gave us some amazing food recommendations to try after the tour.

Amazing Experience of Udaipur Old City

Our tour with Manish this morning was truly wonderful, professional and very informative of the lives of locals in Udaipur. We saw so many great scenes of hard working individuals, truly inspiring. A tour that is memorable and touching. In addition, special treats to see cows, donkeys, goats, and dogs walking the streets. And as an additional touch, taste of some local food and masala tea. Highly recommend this great tour of the old city and a tour that deserves more than 5*.

Wonderful glimpse into real life Udaipur

Manesh was very kind, calm and humble. He brought us to the neighbourhoods of Udaipur where people live and work. we visited the spice market and the fruit market. I highly recommend! .

Udaipur Old City

Manish gave us an excellent tour of the old city, taking us off the beaten track to see the working life of the local residents. I enjoyed meeting the pottery and utensil makers and learning about the relationships of the communities in the area. Manish is a fountain of information!! For anyone wanting to explore old Udaipur through the eyes of its working class, this is the tour for you.

Manish is marvelous!

I learned so much on my tour with Manish! He took me to one of the main temples here and explained the architecture and so much about the Hindu religion: we even participated in a ceremony to Vishnu! And then he walked me through the old handcraft artisan quarter of Udaipur followed by stops to various markets and food stalls (all uniquely good). Along the way, he had no trouble pausing to answer my myriad of questions. He is informative and happy and has a lot of energy… The perfect tour guide! So good

This tour is very worthwhile and shows the hidden parts of Udaipur you would not see. Free tea and chips thrown in as well. Very lovely
