We are pleased to offer this delightful 5-course Sicilian food and wine pairing experience prepared by an award-winning chef. This is the traditional cuisine at its best, paired with the selection of beautiful Sicilian wines and the charm of Cefalu. Think of it as a grandma's cuisine with a master chef's touch.

Choice of seafood or vegetarian dishes is available. Private groups in an intimate setting, only from 2 to 4. Ideal for special occasions such as engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, etc

Tasting menu:
- Fresh raw fish with EVO oil, black pepper, lemon, and Sicilian black bee honey
- Warm octopus with olive oil, Nubian garlic, pepper, and lemon.
- Seafood Spaghetti with mussels, clams, red shrimp, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and parsley.
- Spaghetti with Pistachio with anchovies, toasted breadcrumbs, garlic, and pistachio crumble.
- Grilled swordfish rolls filled with eggplant and aged Ragusano Caciocavallo cheese.
- Citrus cream with crunchy crumble and fresh mint special occasion.
