Great introduction to Firenze

Our guide described himself as a storyteller and I liked his approach to sharing historic Florence with us. It was very much about the people rather than the facts & figures. We got a good insight into how Florence became wealthy, the impact of the Medici Family and the reasons why it has become such a centre of art & architecture. Simple to book, easy to use earphones, good recommendations for coffee & gelato. Guide was friendly & professional.

Essential Florence, Best Highlights & Hidden Gems Free Tour

Essential Florence, Best Highlights & Hidden Gems Free Tour. We booked this tour in advance online from UK and was taken around by Michele Cimmino. Great guide with lots of knowledge, very entertaining and his story telling kept us engaged and wanting more. Although this is a 2 hour walk it included a 15 min coffee break in the middle which was really nice, but would have liked the tour to be slightly longer to account for the break and because we could have listened to more. Would highly recommend it. I would in the future want to understand the differences in the tours you offer as its a bit confusing which one to book. Ours did cover the renaissance (how can you not!) but what does the renaissance tour cover.-Would be good to know for a future return visit. Thank you
