Wow on Wheels

Before we arrived, great email communication, including directions. The team was welcoming, open and organised - a finely oiled machine. We were impressed with the quality and selection of bikes - this is a team that seems to love what they do and takes care to deliver great customer service. 'Anna', our guide was celebrating her birthday and we felt that was an indication of the commitment people have to their business. We made sure to celebrate of course. Anna was delightful, knowledgeable, fun, interested and interesting, and a great and safe tour leader across a busy city. She was a delight to be with and if we'd have had 6 stars to give her, we would have done so. Thanks to everyone.
