We had a fantastic tour with Tatsuya, visiting Hiroshima’s highlights and Miyajima Island. He shared fascinating insights into the history and culture of the area, making the experience both informative and memorable. He also recommended a wonderful spot for lunch. We had a wonderful day with Tatsuya in Hiroshima! He is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Japanese culture and history. The tour was very well organised, and we loved every moment, from visiting beautiful Miyajima to trying delicious local okonomiyaki and learning about the history of Hiroshima at the Peace Memorial Museum. Tatsuya explained everything with great care and made the whole experience both enjoyable and meaningful. Amazing tour experience!

Tatsuya gave us an awesome tour! Met us at our place and guided us thru the train and ferry connections to Miyajima. He then led us on a hike to various locations where we really got some beautiful photos and details of the Island. Afterwards he to took us to Peace Memorial Park where he shared his extensive knowledge of the events leading up to and after the moments of August 6, 1945. He guided us thru a packed and busy museum effortlessly and seamlessly. The best tour so far on our around the world trip. HIGHLY recommended!

Fantastic day!

Tatsuya planned a wonderful day in Hiroshima. We went to Miyajima island by high speed ferry , saw the shrine and both tourist and non-touristy areas, left by slower ferry, took a tram to a restaurant for lunch where we watched the chef prepare lunch, then went to the Hiroshima peace garden and museum after visiting the area where the bomb detonated. A full day. Tatsuya was a great guide

Hiroshima & Miyajima: Full-Day Tour

We joined the Hiroshima & Miyajima Full-Day Tour with Tatsuya on August 6th, a date of immense significance for Hiroshima, Japan, and world history. It was an incredibly meaningful experience, and Tatsuya handled the day with great professionalism, sensitivity, and respect. He perfectly balanced historical explanations with moments of reflection and lighter, more enjoyable parts of the tour, creating an experience that was both educational and engaging. His knowledge of Hiroshima's history was outstanding, he shared a wealth of information in a clear and thoughtful way without ever making it feel overwhelming. Tatsuya also introduced us to one of Hiroshima's local specialties, which was absolutely delicious and added a wonderful cultural touch to the day. This tour left a deep impression on us. It was emotional, thought-provoking, and unforgettable. We are truly grateful to Tatsuya for making such an important day so meaningful. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hiroshima.
