BRILLIANT GUIDE

There were many things impressive about Fernando's tour, one of them being that he delivered the tour in both Spanish and English for his guests...he speaks the languages fluently. He put the history of Tokyo into context that we could understand easily, and pointed out locations in Ueno that we would never have thought to visit. A very, very, decent fellow. Highly recommended.
