Walking Tour Of Kandy

Shamika is a fantastic person and guide. This tour takes you on a journey through the main sights of Kandy but also off the beaten path. You get to see the local way of life and live it. I cannot reccomend Shamika enough, and he will go above and beyond to make the tour a 10/10 experience, and also help you after with the next stage of your travels.

The Best Guide We Could Have Asked For!

We met Shamika during a free tour in Kandy and, after meeting him, we decided to spend the following two days with him as well. He is a truly special person: incredibly kind, helpful, and completely uninterested in money. He didn’t even ask us for a single rupee and took us to discover places and hidden gems that we would never have found on our own. He also gave us so many useful tips for the rest of our trip and, most importantly, helped us experience Kandy in a much more authentic way. A truly wonderful person and an excellent guide. Shamika es un excelente guía!! La ciudad era un caos ese día por el festival y preferimos ir al templo Bahirawakande, el botánico en bus, al jardín de la reina y al punto de vista de Kandy, todo hermoso, prepárense para caminar mucho!! Es un amor, muy buen onda y atento. Sin duda haríamos un tour nuevamente con el, gracias Shamika!!!

Best Tour in Kandy

Shamika offered us to go peko trail tour than City tour because city is full of people and busy with "Kandy Perahara". Walking through the mountains with fresh air, beautiful views, nature pools, Tea plantations. Enjoyble walking tour in Sri Lanka. Shamika is good at guiding and taking care of team. Final tea at his home after the tour make us comfortable.
