Free Tour Amsterdam Historical Center

From fishermen to traders, from sailors to world domination

Amsterdam is a city that surprises. A mixture of history, rebelliousness, beauty and tolerance.
In this tour I propose a journey through time: from its beginnings as a medieval port to become one of the most influential cities in the world. During the tour...

- We will walk along the most emblematic canals, discovering how its architecture and commercial power emerged.
- You will learn the story of Anne Frank and other key players in the Jewish community.
- We will talk unfiltered about marijuana, prostitution and the evolution of this modern and tolerant society.
- You will take away local recommendations and discover charming corners. Some points of the tour:

- Dam Square
- Royal Palace
- New Church (Nieuwe Kerk)
- National Monument
- Anne Frank and the Jewish footprint
- 17th century and the Dutch Golden Age

A city small in size but giant in history. And that's the Amsterdam I want to show you.
