Description

A walking tour that will transport you through more than 340 years of history. Founded in 1673 after the sacking of the old city by the pirate Henry Morgan, this colonial neighborhood holds architectural and cultural treasures in every corner.

During our tour, we will visit emblematic places such as Plaza Herrera, Plaza Simón Bolívar, the majestic National Theater, and the historic San José Church, famous for its legendary Golden Altar. You will also visit the Palacio de Las Garzas, presidential headquarters, the French Embassy, and the picturesque Carlos V Park.

We will stroll through the Museum of History of Panama, discover curiosities in La Calle de los Sombreros and El Guayacano Hat, and enjoy the views and the unique atmosphere of this place where past and present blend.

We include bottled water for your comfort, so you only have to worry about enjoying, learning, and taking the best pictures of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Latin America.

Awesome tour and tour guide!

Great experience with Natasha at our tour of Casco Viejo. She was super informative and had a great energy! It was raining during the tour and Natasha and team did their best to accommodate our needs, offering umbrellas and water bottles for us to enjoy the experience. Not only you’ll get to learn the history of Casco Viejo, Natasha will also offer you a ton of recommendations of where to eat/shop/party and they were all on point. Def recommend!
