Nice guide
Josue is a nice guide, even that the tour was only with me, he completed the 2h tours, and did to me alot of importants recomendations, at the end i gave to him 50 soles that is like 12 dollars because it was mas last day here, and he was completly happy with that, i recommend this tour 100%.

Food Tour in Lima Downtown
The tour started of great. We tried many dishes, the prices where pretty cheap in comparison to Miraflores or Barranco. Our guide Josue was kind at first, but when the payment part arrived we were shocked. We gave the amount that we felt was good for that kind of tour, also thinking about the money spent on all the food beforehand. We dont have that much money, which is why we always choose the “Free Tour”. We ALWAYS give the guide an appropriate amount of money. This time the guide told us in front of all the other people that the amount we gave him wasnt enough and we should give him more… which we did because of all the pressure put on us. We were so angry and shocked, because the tours here are called free tours and its always been said that everyone should pay the amount that they are capable of paying. That is exactly the reason why we dont book tours over Get your Guide etc. because we just can’t afford those prices. With all that being said, we left the tour with a really bad feeling. Probably wont do a tour with this platform again.

How does a free tour work?
Booking costs nothing. At the end, each person gives the guide what they think is fair for the experience: it's a voluntary tip.
