Tomar Convent of Christ tour
The title of the tour is Tomar Castle and Convent and is priced at Euro 40. However, since the Castle is closed, I wonder if the price should be less because the tour was only for 1.5 hours instead of 2.5 hrs.

A must!
It would be impossible to appreciate, or understand, these amazing places without a guide who really knew the place and its history. So many small things that add to the story and colour would be totally missed . Monica - a local with a history degree - was fantastic. Her english is great and her knowledge amazing - and she knows how to get to secret places tj take fabulous photos even when large tour groups are around
