Join me as we discover the Cotroceni neighborhood, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved old neighborhoods of Bucharest.

The idea of this tour is:
1) Show you some very beautiful IG-worthy houses.
2) Learn about the history of this neighborhood, its houses, and the events that shaped it to look like this today.
3) Get your step count up #health :)
All this while staying in the shade, so it's a tour you can also do in the summer.

If that sounds good to you, join me as we explore something else in Bucharest.
Bucharest is not only Old Town, Therme, and the Palace of Parliament (but those are nice, too)

The itinerary includes, but is not limited to: the Faculty of Medicine, the Cotroceni Palace (outside only), the Steps of Happiness, the Gagel House, the "House with Lions," but we will see other interesting places along the way.

Great Tour

The guide was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and I learned a lot about Cotroceni, its history and the different architectural styles of its beautiful villas. The neighbourhood feels very special and is a great contrast to the usual sights covered by most walking tours. It is also perfect for a summer day, with lots of quiet, shady streets, old trees and impressive houses. I really enjoyed the tour and would absolutely recommend it.

Detailed information & a perfect company
