Passed but not forgotten times
Interesting and unusual tour! Our guide, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. He showed us many beautiful monuments and shared fascinating stories about the famous people buried there, whose lives reflect the history of Romania and the Balkans. There was even a small surprise at the end of the tour! (He also helped us make the most of the rest of our day). Highly recommended!

Great tour of Bellu Cemetery with Daniel
Daniel led us around Bellu Cemetery for two hours, sharing many interesting (and sometimes spooky!) stories relating to the graveyard, the artwork and the lives of the people buried there. The tour gives one a good insight into the history of Bucharest and Romanian in general, as many famous people are buried in Bellu Cemetery. I would 100% recommend !

Amazing dark history tour with Elena!
Our guide was Elena, and honestly, she’s one of the best tour guides I’ve ever come across! Even though the theme was quite dark, the tour had a cozy vibe, packed with fascinating, spooky, dramatic, and even funny legends. It’s very unconventional and ideal for anyone looking to experience Bucharest from a whole new angle. As a Ukrainian, it was amazing to discover how many traditions we actually share with Romanians!
