Join us on our Old Town Tour to enjoy the beautiful island of Gamlastan and understand why the Vikings chose this island to create their next capital. Our tour is designed chronologically, so you can experience history just like the city did. We will start from the Viking Era, the German influence in the country, and the Danish class, which led to the most important Swedish event: the Stockholm bloodbath in 1520, followed by the succession of Gustav Vasa.

Your guide will take you on a beautiful walk, describing an overview of Swedish history and essential general information, offering you not only a deep dive into the city’s history but also some insights into today’s life in the country.

Outstanding walking tour of Stockholm

Ms Lova, pardon if misspelt, led us on a highly educational, informative, well presented tour, cannot say enough about her natural ability as a guide. This would be a must for any firsttime visitor to Stockholm, an outstanding introduction condensed in the time that was available, touched on all the highlights and some. Do not miss it.

Very good tour with Zoe, would definitely recommend!!!
