Heart of Istanbul

Dr Sib was very informative and attentive. We really enjoyed our walking tour around Sultanahmet.

Blue Mosque with Dr. Sib

Dr. Sib provided us with a wonderful introduction to Istanbul and the Sultanahmet area. He is extremely knowledgeable and tells the stories of the people and the various empires and religions that have inhabited the area in a very interesting fashion. In addition he provided us with many suggestions of other historical sites to visit here. Lastly he was very accommodating, as we had just arrived in Istanbul after an overnight flight and were running late. He still met us and provided a great experience. In addition another couple could not make our tour at all and he was willing to help find them another time to join him. He has a wonderful sense of humor and brought rhe sultaans to life for us.

Great introduction to Istanbul

This was a great tour to start our time in Istanbul and we found it really informative. We were the only 2 on the tour and at first we wefe a bit daunted by this. But the guide was excellent showing us the major sights, explaining the history and giving us lots of insider tips. Would highly recommend as it is shorter than some of the tours but very informative

Refreshing, personal and interesting

It was a very refreshing and interesting tour with Dr. Sib. He is attentive, personal and knowledgeable. He also gave us many good hints where else to go and what to do. Thanks a lot! :-)

Trip through time

Dr Sib will give a though understanding of the culture, religion, and share a few of his personal insights and experiences. Also at the end of the tour he shared suggestions regarding more sites to explore, and information on the tram which is definitely the fastest mode of transportation.

Inspiring and exciting stroll in history

Dr.Sib has a great story tellers charisma! Every sentence from him was in facts based and explained very understandable. He knew all the hidden gems that didn’t know other tourists and we didn’t stand in long line thanks to him knowing other entrances. This guide should have more tours about history. All the story's is with smile and including some trivia questions for us. And he gave us very useful not expensive Hamam sauna suggestions. Very recommend this guide and tour!
