Hi, I’m Shokhrukh, a professional local guide in Khiva, Uzbekistan.
Born and raised in this historic city, I have dedicated myself to sharing its rich culture, traditions, and way of life. I studied tourism and also spent 2 years in London, gaining international experience and a broader perspective.

Quite insightful

Firstly, the beginning was good. He introduced us to the geography of Uzbekistan and development of nationhood in crisp manner. Secondly, I got the insights about the minars. Thirdly, I go to know about the syllabus of the medieval madarsas. Fourthly, he explained what does it meant to be cultural Muslim and elaborated about secular credentials of the Uzbekistan. Finally, he gave us insights about the monuments, buildings, craftmanship, etc. Three Cheers to Sharukh Khan. I wish him all the success in his career. Warm regards Sunil
