Discover Hanoi when it’s most magical - under the city lights, where the past and present meet.

Our goal is to explore the ancient 2,700-year history of the Vietnamese people, including their tradition of nation-building and defense, as well as legendary stories that enrich the Vietnamese soul. To discover the everyday material life of the locals and the rich spiritual life reflected in ancestor worship, as well as the practices of visiting temples and pagodas among the Vietnamese. And to experience the fascinating blend of old Hanoi’s architecture, the mix of Eastern and Western cultures, and the fresh vibes of modern Hanoi.

Evening cultural walk

We had Van as our tour guide. She's a local and knowledgeable about the history and culture of of Vietnam and it's people. She shared different places to try for food and we walked along the busy city centre/ market of Hanoi. Such an exciting 1st Saturday evening in Hanoi. Plus we manged to have dinner in a Michellin star restaurant.

Amazing solo tour

I signed up for Vân's tour at short notice and I'm so glad I did. Vân is the perfect tour guide - she's super thoughtful, her passion for history is obvious, and she was really patient and happy to answer all the questions I had. I learned loads about history, culture, religion, architecture and food in Hanoi - including a perfectly timed visit to train street, and recommendation for a great pho restaurant which I went to afterwards for dinner. She was also v quick and reliable in communicating to organise the tour. A great way to start my time in Vietnam, would 100% recommend!
