Description

Multi-ethnicity, multiculturalism, multiracial and interracial.
Singapore celebrates it all.

This offbeat walking tour (ENGLISH), in turn, pays tribute to this exceptionally unnatural occurrence; from hearing the good, not so not-so-good; to tasting ethnic bites & smelling the roses of flowers knotted into garlands.

Highlights:
- Top tips for how to enjoy Singapore within your short stay
- In not 1 or 2, but at all 3 ethnic quarters as our backdrop
- Engages your 5 senses all within one tour
- Ask any question about anything here
- We also hop onto public transport too!**

Background Story (to date):
With colossal buildings, hurried development, and incredible economic growth that thrives as much as its greenery, this bustling, cosmopolitan Singapore overflows with opportunities, businesses, and trade. But what's pulsating within the city is beyond what most eyes see.

Made up of Chinese, Malay, Indian, and various other ethnicities, cultural heritage is what makes Singapore Singapore, a gathering of different cultures coexisting in one agreeable space.

Excellent tour

Found the tour very interesting and informative. Loved getting to try some local food as don’t think I would have gone into markets to try.

Fantastic

Edwina was fantastic! Informative, interesting, knowledgeable and patient. We had the best tour which gave us a snapshot of inner Singapore. It is the perfect foundation for exploring the city. Apart from a bit of history we learnt about city rules, public transport and customs. After the tour we were excited to go and do our own exploring. Our group was small and we all enjoyed getting to know each other and share our travel experiences.

Amazing tour

The tour with Dan was just amazing, he showed us all of the most important spots and also a little bit of the local cuisine. I would highly recommend the tour as one of your first activities in Singapor to get a very good first impression.

Pinch of Singapore History and Magic

The pinch of Singapore is a must-have for anyone who wants to learn and see the historic side of Singapore and to be better understand how this “little red dot” turned into a small but influential country. Our tour guide’s knowledge, and perhaps more importantly love, for Singapore was demonstrable and gave key insights in life for the ordinary Singaporean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see a different part of Singapore and also wanting to get the steps in!

An excellent Pinch of Singapore waking tour

Edwina was sn excellent tour. It was well organised with information before the tour. Edwina was knowledgeable and informative. We visited all the places stated and got a good feel of Singapore traveling on buses and the metro. She made recommendations of places to visit and places to eat which was super helpful.
